Special Moves

This suggestion is not about people being able to make their own moves. It's more about just a touch of personalization in the attacks. Because I think it would make sense that pokemon could have variation in their moves even if they are using the same attack. Like one skarmory's steel wing attack could look pretty different from anothers, maybe one takes up a Witch Hunter type shape to the attack, while the other likes the classic "just glow and cut" style.

Still a rough idea right now, not sure of a system

Depends on if it makes sense or not.  You'd have to request it.    A slicing attack could slice however,  since it's just a slice.  But changing the shape of a flamethrower would be less acceptable.
